I am currently booked full. That said, inquiries about new projects are always welcomed, especially from start-ups. If a short consult can help a new business owner move in the right direction, I am available.


The majority of the companies I work with are in the real estate sector: general contractors, sub contractors, developers, architects and engineers. My project work focuses on cloud systems for SMBs (15-75 employees). The systems I implement and support cover all components of enterprise accounting, project management, team communication, and backend infrastructure.


Hands-on accounting remains a core competency that informs all my work. Often the lines between accounting and system issues are blurred. And, when issues surface, teams need immediate help. I provide that help to admin, accounting and project management teams. I also partner with a superb CPA team to manage tax projects for entities and owners. (Please note, I am winding down tax work to allow more time for system projects.)


I also support ownership groups that are navigating an ever-expanding landscape of challenges, including growth, transition and transaction requirements. This includes close coordination with legal teams. Other successful associations include close work with IT vendors, software developers, retirement planners, banks, and insurance brokers. In addition, I maintain partner relationships with best-in-class cloud app and hosting vendors. However, I do not accept any payments from these vendors and instead pass along to my clients all available discounts.

All of the services noted above are delivered from a 30+ year foundation of consulting work for SMBs. On a family note, I reside in Edmonds with my wife, Margaret. Our daughter and son-in-law live nearby, working in Seattle.
